Vista Connection Problems

I just got a new Dell computer w/ Vista installed. One huge problem Ive noticed is my internet connection would disconnect and reconnect every few minutes. I'd be surfing the web and I would always get a 'page not found", but if I refreshed a couple times it'd pop up. This is getting pretty annoying.

Has anyone w/ Vista encountered any of this?
 
Vista per-se does not have such trouble.

Try to disable the Power Saving of the Network Card.
