Vista color management

Does anybody else have this problem? It appears that vista ignores color correction information from monitor ICM file.

When I assign the profile in vista - no color changes appear on screen.

When I assign profile in XP via its optional tool, screen instantaneously becomes more bluish.
 
I have this problem too. For me I've been adjusting the gamma in my nVidia control panel, does it automatically when I boot into windows but if I go into a program that changes the resolution it does not maintain the settings when I return... I'd be interested to see suggestions to yours and my problem...
