Vista CD key with SP1 integrated iso

I have a legit/legal Vista Business Premium cd key that my University has given me (as part of enrollment in certain courses). I am wondering if I would be able to use this key in conjunction with a SP1 integrated ISO of Vista that currently is on MSDN.
