vista cant find bootmgr

ok i have the 64bit upgrade version of ultimate. i formatted my drive installed it. everything is fine and dandy except this. if i remove the dvd from my drive i can not boot back int.

says bootmgr cant be found. if i put my disc back in i can boot normally. can someone please help with this?
