Vista Business Problem

I run Vista Business on my laptop. After installing Office 2007, replacing Office 2003, I have a strange problem where Itunes has to configure itself every time I start the program, as does Outlook 2007 when I just start the program, or go to send an email.

Any clues as to what I can do?

Try running each program as administrator once and see if that does anything.
