Vista Business BSOD'd during SP2 Install

During routine maintenance (SP2 install) my computer BSOD'd 🙁

Now when it comes back up during the Windows loading screen it crashes and i can briefly glimpse a BSOD.

I tried performing a repair using my Vista Disc; the automatic repair function does not work, it returns with something along the lines of "It appears that your system crashed during a driver/update install, and I've tried but there is nothing I can do."

The system does not have any restore points, so that is not an option.

I tried running "sfc /scannow" command but that returns "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service".

Am I jimmy jacked!??

lol, can someone please help?

Thanks for the link but I'm afraid that link does not cover what I'm looking for...

My system BSOD's everytime during the loading screen, and I've posted what I've tried so far to fix the problem in my original post.

As I understand it, Microsoft attempts to help when an update, particularly a Service Pack, trashes your computer. MS has a lot of very qualified people who have a lot of resources available. Why not try it?
