Vista Business (32bit) Disk Usage Not adding up

Has anyone else come across this? I have two laptops here that have 100gb hard drives. Vista is reporting 69gb used on one, but when I add up all the files/folders and hidden objects I can only account for about 53 gig. That includes all the restore point information. Where the heck is using the rest of the space?!

The other laptop is having a similar problem

I haven't had much luck on the topic. Can anyone enlighten me?
