VISTA Bug - Need Fix

When I move a file/folder via dragging from one window to another window, the window from which the file(s)/folder(s) were dragged goes blank. I have to ensure that the source window is active & hit F5 & the source window will refresh to show correctly the updated files/folder list.

Is there a known fix for this??? (I have the latest auto updates. )
Note: This phenomena did not exist when the install was new, but seems to have come about recently (ie, last couple weeks). If I had to guess I would say that it is the result created by one of the auto updates.

Thanks. Will download the latest Video Driver available from Intel (for 965GM chipset) & let you know what happens.
 
Driver or the chipset itself is going out to lunch, slowly.

Haven't seen that symptom replicated on my Vista Ultimate system, and it's been going for over a year now.....no problems. And I've got SP1 and every other update known to Vista installed.....
