Vista BSOD messages

Running an Asus P5Q Pro, Q6700 (333x9), HD4850, 2x2gb Corsair Dominator PC2-8500, Corsair 520HX & Vista 64 bit.
Recently i've started getting the BSOD after "waking up" my computer from sleep mode. Usually it's "page fault in non paged area", then I got a "System service exception", then most recently a "memory management" error.
I've scanned w/Kaspersky & Super Antispyware Pro, updated the bios on my motherboard, installed the latest chipset drivers, ran the Vista memory diagnostics tool as well as Memtest.
Oh...i've used different memory as well...Mushkin 2x2gb. I've not tried either with one stick, however.
Any other ideas?
Thanks in advance.

What does it say in Reliability,Performance monitor section?(those little red circled crosses)

Where would I find that at?

*Edit* Never mind...found it...all say "OS stopped working".
Reliability monitor shows a drop from 8.67 to 5.32...whatever that means.

I would try uninstalling Super Antispyware Pro since that has a real time scan, with that and Kaspersky plus Windows Defender real time scan maybe a conflict of some sort?...I would disable Defender real time scan too(I set mine to scan once a week).

Basically when did the crashes start to happen after any software installed?

As to reliability section that just shows you reliability of your PC and possible causes of some crashes,10 being the highest stable rating, any crashes and the rating will drop,if it stays stable with no crashes then the rating will rise again up to 10.

"page fault in non paged area", "System service exception" are tricky to nail down since they can be caused by many things like drivers/software even hardware.

I'll uninstall the Super Antispyware Pro, but just so you know, it (the BSOD's) happened 6 times previous to my installing it.
It looks like, from the dates, that the crashes started after installing the new motherboard/ram combo. Previously had a MSI P45 Platinum/Mushkin combo, then went to the Asus/Corsair combo.
The only software installed (besides the SASP) have been window updates.

It did it again w/the Mushkin memory.
Perhaps I should do a complete reinstall after I decide which motherboard/memory combo to use?

I always recommend a clean install of OS to rule out some issues due to hardware changes with motherboards.

OK...I did a clean install...no more problems.
However, I did a fresh install on my wife's pc that I built for her (IP35-e, E6300, XFX 7900GT, 2 GB of the $5 HP ram...remember that?) & when she "wakes" her machine up, the screen is an odd color w/odd designs (I even noticed a bar code once). It's locked up & she has to do a hard boot.
I guess I should take a pic of the screen when she "wakes" it up, but has anyone had anything similar happen?
I've installed the latest driver for the video card (actually the latest drivers were installed right after the fresh Vista install).
Thanks.
