vista bluetooth blues

i just bought toshiba a135-4467 laptop with home premium, i like it alot so far...but my motorola pc850 usb dongle won't install correctly...it only worked once, then when i tried to install newer drivers it stopped, basically dongle itself is installed in device manager but bluetooth is still red...also when it was working it didn't stream music to motorola dc800 stereo adapter eiether....anyone have ideas?
