I normally leave my pc on 24/7. The last few days I have come home and I can tell my PC has rebooted. The "Check for Solutions" thing doesn't seem to help but here is a copy/paste of the info.

Any one have any ideas on what this means?
Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.256.1
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: c4
BCP1: 0000000000000091
BCP2: 0000000000000000
BCP3: FFFFFA80037FF060
BCP4: 0000000000000000
OS Version: 6_0_6001
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini050109-01.dmp
C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-7277727-0.sysdata.xml
C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\WER3286.tmp.version.txt

Read our privacy statement:

And the .txt file says this.

Windows NT Version 6.0 Build: 6001 Service Pack 1
Product (0x1): Windows Vista (TM) Ultimate
Edition: Ultimate
BuildString: 6001.18226.amd64fre.vistasp1_gdr.090302-1506
Flavor: Multiprocessor Free
Architecture: X64
LCID: 1033

I've googled a bit but maybe I'm not using the correct terms.
