Vista asks for drivers for USB flash disks ("pens")

Hi there,

I've got an annoying problem since I installed Windows Vista Ultimate on my PC. When I insert a USB flash pen, or other device that usually doesn't require any drivers (at least it's how it worked in XP), it asks me for a driver. I tell him to search automatically for a driver to the device, but it obviously never founds any driver and the hardware won't work. It only works if I reboot the PC.

Any solution for this? Thanks in advance.
