Vista Anytime Upgrade Question

Hope someone knows the answer.

My machine has Vista Home Premium OEM installed. Friend of mine at MS gave me a retail copy of Vista Ultimate.

I want to upgrade from Premium to Ultimate without losing anything or rebuilding the OS.

How do you do that?
 
If you're going 32 to 32 or 64 to 64, just put in the disk and let it do its thing...it'll ask you if you want to do a regualr install or an upgrade. Upgrade doesn't change anything, just unlocks the features of ultimate.

If you do the 32 to 64, you have to start fresh.
