Vista - ANy way to give a specific program permissions so I don't get the UAC warning?

I have a program that is set to run every time I boot up. However UAC stops it every time so I have to be sitting there watching for it to always come up.

Is there any way to override UAC for a specific program and set something so that it just lets this program run? I don't want to have to completely disable UAC but may have to if I can't find a way around it.
