Has anyone gotten sound to work with Vista and WC3:Frozen Throne? I get an error message about initializing the sound. Seems like it's pretty common.
 
Yes, to get it to work, download the program banlist from http://www.wc3banlist.de/ I know this is used all the time with DOTA. And run that as an admin before you start the game, and you are done, sound should work. Although I have read that this program does not work with a 64 bit OS yet, I don't have one so I can't confirm.
