Vista and TELNET

Is it just me or did they take out telnet in vista? I use a terminal emulator that looks like it uses window's built in TELNET. I installed it on vista and it doenst work. Installed PuttyTel (A form of Telnet) and it works perfectly. So i went into the command prompt and typed in TELNET and it said it was invalid.

Am I just missing it or did they take it out?
