It says on the vista website under requirments " Internet access capability."
I MIGHT not have the internet on my new comp.
So does vista need the internet or just it only say that so you may need it for updates or something?

Also have they announced a price?
 
Yeah, just expect some minor functionality to be lost (some searching and help, obviously updates, etc.)
