I can't seem to find any CPU drivers for Vista on AMD's homepage and the XP version fails.

What's the deal?

I'm using a 3500+

Heh?

What do you need CPU drivers for?

(The reason you're not finding any is likely because afaik, there are none.)

Yeah that's the Cool n Quiet "driver".

I suppose if you want those features, then of course install it.

Bear in mind it's by no means vital, & AFAIK, CnQ capability has to be enabled in the bios for it to function (should be on by default).

You don't need a driver to enable C&Q in Vista. You just need to make sure that your Power Management settings are set to "Balanced" and C&Q enabled in the BIOS as n7 mentioned.
