All 3 SATA hard drives are connected to the SATA hub on my P6T Deluxe Asus.

In BIOS it shows all three, but in my computer and disk manager the third is not showing. What's up?

It only gives me an option to conver it to a basic disk, I cant I have data on it.

How do I enable it?

I have Home Premium.

So Vista 64 is installed already? That is what it sounds like you are saying. I have experienced something similar with Vista installed. I was testing some old drives I came across at work. They showed in the bios but in "My Computer" they did not appear. Turns out after alot of trouble shooting, the drives were dead. Does it show up in "Device Manager"? Did you try a different sata port? Just covering the basics, might need a bit more information from you.

If you were talking about seeing the drives during an install of Vista 64:
I had some not show up due to a tv tuner card I had installed, or so I found out after trouble shooting.

You currently have it partitioned as a dynamic disk. Home versions of Windows do not support dynamic disks. IIRC, converting it back to a basic disk will wipe all data present.

maybe something as simple as enabling the drive slot on your mobo?

Some have slots 3+ turned off ...

DING!!!
Winner. You need to find a XP Pro, or Vista Ultimate or Enterprise (Or windows 7 beta)

OP, if you don't have another machine with the listed OS. and need this data, I would upgrade to windows 7, get the data then convert that disk to basic and then reinstall Vista. It's going to be your only hope if you're not willing to be brave and try this hack check me out.
