Vista 32 - Wireless connection for limited user account

Hey guys, I am trying to set up an account for my daughter to use my laptop. Previously the machine wasn't used for anything but remote access, so I just let her browse on it when she wanted to. Now I've had to load all my dev tools and VPN and whatnot on there, and I want to give her limited access. So I created a limited user account under her name.

Problem is, when I log onto that account the wireless connection goes down. I'm using a DLink Rangebooster-N USB adapter, and it works great under my admin account. I can log into my account, the wireless comes up, everything works. Hit switch user to her account and the wireless goes down. Attempts to connect w/the WPA-2 key fail with "operation timed out" as the eventual error message.

Any ideas?

Edit: I was iffy on whether this should be here or networking, so it can be moved if necessary.
