I don't have the time to research it because the E8400's might run out soon and I gotta make my decision!

Will be used for gaming, but most of the time skyping, surfing web, some video editing, etc.

As in, if you *ever* plan to have more than 3gb, which you almost surely do. Get x64, theres very, very, very, very, very few programs that have issues with it.
