Vista 32 bit seems to install but 64 bit stalls at Expanding files

I'm trying to only install Windows Vista on my Mac Mini (no smirks please)

With 32 bit it seems to work so far, I'm Expanding Files 16%+ now and it's still going. With Vista 64 bit, it just sticks to 0%. I just wanted to use 64 bit because it's becoming the standard. I also have 4 gigs of ram in my Mac Mini but I know 3.3 is all that can be utilized due to motherboard limitations. Will I miss anything from 64 bit? I'm install Vista Business btw.
