I can't find the oem version anywhere :/ only thing I can find is apparently a dell version which doesn't need a key/activation, but I prefer a clean OEM version where I can actually use my key
 
the 32-bit key will work on 64-bit.
I bought 32-bit OEM Home Premium and borrowed a 64-bit retail cd from a friend and I used my 32-bit key no problems.
