Visiting website causes my internet connection to go bye-bye

For the past few days I have had to reboot my cable modem/router after losing my internet connection. It's been happening, from what I thought, a few times a day.

It's not just my system, but all 4 systems on my network.

And today I realized it's happening as soon as I visit TFNN.net. After I am browsing their forums for what seems like just a minute, my internet connection goes bye-bye. And again, I have to reset my cable modem/router to get internet access back.

I'm no networking genius by any means, but this does not make sense to me, at all. Anyone have any idea at all what the problem could be, and/or how I could solve this?
