Visiting Strasbourg

Alright, I'm going to Strasbourg on Monday for a month. I'm just wondering is anyone here has advice on what to eat, drink or do. My friend has already told me to try eau de vie, gewurztraminer, baeckoffe and coq au reisling. Any suggestions would be appreciated
