VisionTek Xtasy 5332 (GF2MX 32MB) problems with system

Well I have a Pentium 233@200 mhz, I used an old matrox 2mb pci card until I had enough to buy a new better card. Now I put in the Geforce 2MX200 PCI card in the system and there is NO screen on the display monitor. I swap in the old Matrox card and it boots up fine, but with the VisionTek card in there It does not, NO sound (beeps), HDD spins and CSROM lites up, but NO BEEPS no screen. I just got it new, I thjought it would give new life to the system but nothing. It does not work. I do not know if it IS the GEforce 2 card itself. I have not tested it out on another system yet. I 'll get to it tomorrow I guess. Anyone have any suggestions?? I tried all I can, removed every thing in the system, unplugged all drives.
