Visiontek WinFast A250 Ti-4600

I'm seeing the price on these drop a bit and I'm at the point where I want to buy one. I have heard that the duel fan set-up on this card is on the noisy side (40db +/- ?). For those of you who own one, what is your opinion of the card and does it run on the loud side? I see that it has gotten good reviews, but I sure don't want any more noisy fans in my case than I can get away with.
