I received my video card today but didn't get the video in/out cable or any software for capturing. How do I get this stuff? Is there a link?

That card DOES have VIVO support. Look through your paperwork and have your card's serial number ready. The VIVO cable and video editing software didn't make it into the initial shipments of Visiontek cards (would have held up the release date). You need to place an order for it online via the URL found in your card's documentation. There's no cost to you, but you do need to let them know that you've bought the card and they need to send the stuff out to you. If you chucked out the paperwork, let me know and I'll see if I still have it somewhere. The URL and offer is only available to Visiontek ti4600 owners so the URL is not published online. At least, I don't think it is anyway.
