I just tried calling them, and was on hold for well over 10 minutes before I hung up. I remember hearing reports of them possibly shutting down, and then subsequently them selling off to another company. Is their techsupport still running?

I ask because I need a new fan for my video card. Thanks in advance for any info you know...
 
They are still open for business. I would just go and get yourself an orb fron the store. Be better than the cheap fan they will send you.
