Is this a good card? I'm asking because I've been at one from Dell. I currently have a Radeon 7850 now. Thanks.
 
Radeon 370 is the same graphics chip as the 7850, just with a new name. Don't bother.

Your current chip isn't too bad; wait for the next generation to come out before you upgrade.
