Visiontek makes Elsa cards?

If indeed Visiontek makes Elsa cards wouldn't it be OK to use Elsa's 12.40 official drivers on my Visiontek G3 or for that matter any Geforce reference designed card? The reason I ask is because Visiontek does not seem to be as fast to update theirs.

check the other thread you posted in on Elsa 12.40's i replied there, you can use any nvidia reference drivers with an nvidia based card...
