uh, I assume you realize this video card is PCI-Express slot and the ti4400 is AGP?
Should I assume you are helping him build a new pc with new pci-express capable motherboard? Because if not you just bought a return.

Lol, yeah, sorry i should have specified that. He's upgrading his pc from an old AMD socket A system to a new Core2Duo and 2GB of ram. And a nice new 550Watt power supply, so i think he's good. 🙂
 
Received mine today, which is very fast. It told me i would receive it between 1-2-08 to 1-7-08. Card looks nice, very long and large with some good weight to it. I'll be building a system for it this weekend, can't wait.

Yes, I watched it from just after 4 this morning to around 6 while deciding and fell asleep. Woke up and gone again, damnit! 🙁
 
hmm looks like that might make a nice HTPC card, I guess I have time to do some research while it's sold out lol
 
I went and ordered one of these when the thread first went up...oddly enough, I wasn't charged tax or shipping even though I was given estimated tax and shipping amounts before I completed checkout. Checked my CC statement and I was indeed not charged for tax or shipping...anyone else have that happen? Saved me $15.

Well an HTPC doesn't need much, and this card doesn't come stock with a passive cooler for the silent HTPC types. $144 for this card is amazing though. I just went in on the HD3870 for $193 around 4 AM PST this morning.
