If the ti-200 uses the same chip as the gf2 ti, results are pretty good.
You might want to (i'd highly recommend it) get tv-tool, which gives you a lot more options when using tv-out.
the tv-out quality or usability isn't as good as a matrox card, but it does alright. nvidia really needs to add twin-view to their next gen card to compete with ati and matrox, so you can use your tv-out without changing your res, and losing your main output.
on a reasonably fast comp, the output quality is smooth and looks fairly good.
