I've read that just about everyone is OC'ing this board, up to 240Mhz/500Mhz!! I installed the CoolBits reg setting and now have the Freq tab in the nvida settings. I have tried to go to 200/450 but I am getting erros such as:

1) Boot XP and the screen is just black (have to cold boot)
2) Boot XP log in and then XP generates a "serious" error, notifies me that is "might" have something to do with nvida or gives another error. But then continues to function ok.
3) Just plain lockups working in 2D stuff.... I havent even tried to load 3D with it OC (runs great non oc'd).

I AM OC'ing the chip.... P4 1.7 -> 1.9Ghz... But I have been running it for about 3 days now and system seems stable. I did not tweak any voltage / mem / etc... just the clock multiplier (112x17). This is running on the Soyo P4D Dragon Ultra board with Crucial PC2100 Mem.

Drivers for the board are currently: 23.11

Any thoughts on what I should test / do next!!!?? I would like to get this board to at least 200/450 !!! :(

Well.. get rid of those 23.11 drivers for one thing. Most people have found them to be very unstable. On the other hand, not all video cards are made equal. Just because someone else got their card to 240/500, doesn't mean you will be able to. From you description, it looks like you could be limited in overclocking that card. Try a different set of drivers and then try overclockign. If that doesn't work, then you're out of luck.

Personally, I use the 23.12 drivers with a Gainward GF3 Ti200 GS card. I can get mine running at 245/560mhz fully stable. That's with stock cooling. Anything after that, I'll get artifacts.

Of course, you could always try underclocking your CPU back to the default speed. You have to decide whether a fast CPU or a fast video card is more important though of course.
