I know that someone was able to do the same, just wanted to add my experience:

I had a problem with a buzzy fan on my GF3Ti200. After contacting Visiontek's tech support
(which is kind of hard to do, as their direct email link on the webpage didn't work, had to
use the form on their site), I asked them if they could send me a new fan for my card.

They emailed me back in a couple days, asking for my mailing address. After another 4-5 days,
I was pleased to find a new replacement fan in the mail.

Just replaced the fan (thermal pads suck) and am now writing this email on the PC w/ new fan.

The fan bearings must have been shot- lots of wobble in the fan itself. I scraped off the thermal
pad and used some Artic Silver 3, maybe it will run cooler that way, who knows. At least it won't
be a b*tch to remove if the fan dies again.

Those whores, I tried to get a fan replacement and they told me it would void my warranty to remove the fan so I had to RMA the whole friggin card and i'm like yeah right

Sh*t. :frown:

I hope they don't try to pull this on me- with the Artic Silver on there, they'll know
they didn't put the fan on there at the factory, I hope they don't try to burn me out
of my warranty.

I had to send the entire card back. My computer was without a video card for two weeks. I got a brand new card (in box) with drivers by Fedex. I recieved a week 51 2001 that doesn't overclock well at all.

Visiontek has good service, but not having a computer for two weeks was awful.
