Visio like programs?

Are there any programs out there that's like Visio, but free? Something that I can use legally and free to download?

SmartDraw, it should have a 30 day trial if you only need it for a short time. At least, it used to a couple years back when I used it.

yeah, visio was nice to use for process design. Unfortunately, its pretty costly. Itd be nice if it was bundled in with Office
