Visio-like program for piping

I work with industrial steam and hot water equipment. I don't know if anyone here is familiar with the products in that industry, but I was hoping to find a program to sketch out diagrams for customers for quotes. It doesn't have to be as precise as CAD. Items do not have to be to scale with exact measurements. I just want customers to be able to see the basic layouts of what I am putting together. I think a program like Visio would work, but I don't know if the templates exist for the parts I want.

I don't know if anyone is familiar with the industry. I am looking for steam traps, pressure reducing valves, control valves, heat exchangers, strainers, and probably quite a few other valves and accessories.

If anyone knows of a program like Visio with templates for these items, a recommendation would be greatly appreciated. If not, would there be a program that allows easy creation of templates?

Well...what about Visio?

I have 2003 Pro and it has a building Plans template with "shapes" under that which include pipes and valves as well as many other shapes. You can download the beta of 2007 if you wanted to take a look.
