Visa or Mastercard Giftcard info?

QueBert

Lifer
I was out today looking to pick up a couple Visa or Mastercard Giftcards for peoples birthdays. I went to Rite-Aid, they have a pre-paid Visa but it's not a gift card (has a montly fee) so I came back home and hoped on the net.

now I know I saw these at some store in Southern Cali, but for the life of me I cannot remember where. I looked on both visa and mastercards web sites with no luck.

I want to give them an actual gift card, not a virtual pin # they can use to buy stuff online. Neither site had any info I could find about locations to buy these retail wise.

I don't care if the card has a small fee to buy it, I just don't know what store would sell these. I went to a few drug stores and they were clueless.

any ideas?

thanks

These are a great deal. This is what we got as gifts this past Christmas and they work great. My 10 year old thought it was so cool to sign for her purchases. The only thing is you need to know your exact balance if the item your purchasing is over the remaining limit. Works just like a regualr visa or MC.
