OK I needed to rent a car for the weekend and my Visa card has ^^^... exactly what does it cover? I have only liability insurance on my car and there's no problem using that for the rental cars insurance and I was hoping to use the insurance from VISA to cover collision.... but the guy at enterprise told me that it is only secondary coverage and I need to have some other sort of collision insurance.... is that bull?
this is what VISA says:
What is covered?

Visa Auto Rental CDW Program reimburses you for the repair or replacement of covered losses to a rental vehicle while it is your responsibility.
....
The program provides coverage up to the actual cash value of the vehicle as it was originally manufactured. Most private passenger automobiles....

Within your country of residence this coverage is secondary to any other valid and collectible insurance from any other source.

Covered losses are:

* Physical damage and theft of the covered rental vehicle.
* Valid loss-of-use charges imposed and substantiated by the rental agency through a fleet utilization log.
* Reasonable and customary towing charges, due to a covered loss, to the nearest qualified repair facility.
here

Now, since I don't have any other collision insurance does that mean that this automaically becomse a 'primary' insurance thingy or is it totally useless?

Depends on your card, not all visa cards are the same. If you have a gold or platinum card, it usually covers collision. Call your CC first to make sure.
