VirusBlast- Spyware- Help?

Hey guys- I'm having problems killing off a piece of Malware- VirusBlast. Ran through all the usual tools- even Hijack this doesn't seem to be getting it. I can't find any tools to kill this b!tch, any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is one of my friends laptops-Dell Insp 2650- other then the spy/malware everything seems to be working quite nicely.

I think you have to go to there website to download a removal tool...

Afterwards you might want to run Crap Cleaner, Spy Sweeper and a Bitdefender online scan at the bare minimum. Check my sig for the links and additional information.
