Virus?

Anyone know of a virus that does the following?:

Changes Word documents so that whenever you try to open a previously saved document it doesn't recognize the format. In Word 2000, it opens the document in some unrecognizable format. In Word XP, it prompts you to convert the document. Towards the top of the document, the words "run in DOS mode" can be seen in each possibly infected document.

Any ideas?

(Note: I have the latest virus updates, and I am scanning as I write this, but nothing has shown up yet...)

This may be a Word macro virus like MDMA or stickykeys.
