Virus????!!!??

Guys, help me.
I surppose my computer has been attacked by some kind of Virus,some files in disk D were lost. How to solve this problem or is there some softwear can find my information back??

1. Remove the malware by following John's malware removal guide.
2. It is a long shot, but try using a freeware file recovery application to find the files that were lost. But, be sure to scan them!
