Virus removal help?

I got infected by NewFolder.exe virus/ trojan and unable to detect / delete/ sanitize the same using many anti-virus tools. Any suggestions on effective free tools & about the functionality of this replicating virus/ trojan.

avast also has a boot time scan, that is if the virus doesn't prevent you from installing it.
