Alright~

I dont download P0rn or any programs~
If I do download it's mainly Mp3zz and music videos..

I just update Windows Occasionally~ etc...

But everytime like every other week it seems like my Virus Scan keeps on Detecting a virus~

I deleted all the infected files ... and the files that are detected are quarantined~

Is it possible for me to get a virus via Browsing website ?? I don't have java enabled or any of that sort enabled~

Is it possible that I get it from emails ?? I use outlook express but I dont download files with attachments..

Your Input will be greatly appreciated~

What virus? Also do you have Visual Basic Scripting enabled? The newest variants of klez don't even require an attachment to infect your computer.

Visual Basic Scripting viruses have been around for quite a long time. Just disable it. If you keep having problems, just do a clean wipe (format), make sure you set up an autoprotect antivirus and keep it up to date (check for updates every day or every week at least), run a decent firewall or use a router... or just make sure vbs is disabled :p

That's a java based virus so yes you probably got it off a webside that had the code embedded. You can disable java scripts in netscape and ie, or you can get a firewall and good anti-virus software like I have.

It could be email based viruses. Where is the path telling you that the virus is? It could just be in your outbox. Who knows, unless you provide more info.
