Since a few days ago ive been having problems with my browser, pages wont load all the way and ill have to refresh a couple of times, some pictures will be messed up and some pages just wont load certain parts no matter how many times i refresh. 2 pages that wont load all the way no matter what are my AOL email and speedtest.net.

i read that using bittorrent for a few days can cause some problems and after using it for 2 days straight this started happening.

im using chrome browser but ive tried firefox and IE but still the same thing. Every computer in my house is doing to same thing.

Another thing that happens is that it wont let me update "Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on XP, Server 2003, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008, Server 2008 R2 for x64 (KB2656368)"
every time i try it fails.

i powercyled my router and it didnt fix the problem and i even reset it but still have the problem.

thank you in advance for any help.

If its on all devices then I would doubt a virus. Although it never hurts to run a scan.

Disconnect power from your modem, router, and switches again, connect power to the modem and wait until it is completely up, then power up your router, then the switches. if you continue to have issues call your ISP.

If you are snagging illegal files from bittorrent then its a good possibility your ISP is doing it on purpose.

Be careful what you download, change is afoot.
