Virus in ghost recon demo?

My norton found some namda virus in the install sheild for ghost recon, whats up with this? I got it from 3dgamers and my friend got it from gigex.
 
I don't know.... it didn't seem to affect anything though. It was just in the IKernel.exe file in the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Installshield\Etc etc folder. I'm guessing it didn't get executed so nothing bad happened, I ran Norton and it caught it. I also deleted the folder.
