Virus help

Today when I woke up I noticed that a few of my programs wouldnt run due to some kernel32.dll error and a lot of other things were wacky. I ran a virus check and came up with 300some infected files, and going through those directories I noticed tons of copies of files with an added RB0 or RB1 extension, now Ive ran virus cleanup a few times, but they keep coming back, and when I first ran the virus checker it said that there were Trojans detected. I've have never experienced something like this on any of my computers before, and I'm guessing i extracted it from Kazaa or something similar. Anyone got an idea?

with a Antivirus and yull be ok. also cutting yourself off froim then NEt while you fix this will help also
