Virus help, WORM KLEZ.H... Someone please help me.

My dad got this virus because he wouldn't listen to me about email. I don't use windows, and I have not really kept up with this new craze, and I need some help removing it. I searched and found nothing about KLEZ.H here. Can someone please help me with this? I need to send this to him via email.

Go to norton.com and download the Security Update and Klez Cleaner.

Ok I found a website and downloaded this tool to remove it, and it says all files were cleaned etc. I am at a free online virus scanner at the moment making sure it was gone, however since I figured this was XP, I disabled the auto-update tool because it would probably reinfect etc. When can I turn this back on? He is freaking out here.

it came in e-mail. Your shoud install an antivirus for him and tell him to never ever disble it or else his pc will blow up.

Happened to my mom as well. If she wasn't logged in as Admin on 2K, I could have just changed to Admin and deleted it all from there, since it wouldn't have permission to delete any of the AV tools from the user account.

download AVG Anti-virus software and while you're at it, get Swat It Anti-Trojan scanner both free btw.
