ran the cleaner , but it cant access one of them..i think norton quarantined it. how do i make it UN-quarantined?

Can you just rebuild the system? Seems like it'd be easier and in your best interest to backup your files and format the HD. I never trusted Virus and i'd never keep running an OS even after these files have been deinfected. Thats just personal paranoid opinion though....lol j/k
