Virus name: W32.Aplore@mm
File: C:\WINDOWS\system32\EXPLORER.EXE
Location: C:\WINDOWS\system32
Action taken: Clean failed : Quarantine failed : Access denied

What should I do?? Thanks in advance.

I got this virus once when I clicked on a weblink offered in mirc. My AVG caught it when I visited the webpage, and when I scanned later, it found it and deleted it (I think it was residing in the temp files so I guess it never really got activated).

Apparently you can get it from MSN Messenger as well.

What is your virus scanner? According to Symantec you should try running their AV scanner in safe mode
